Each tier includes hotel accommodation, access to all activities, workshops, and select meals.
Everyone that joins will be assigned to a Deluxe Double Queen room. Guests indicate room and roommate preference during booking.

Getting to Mammoth Lakes is part of the adventure! We’ll be organizing carpools to make it easy and eco-friendly. As the date gets closer, we’ll connect you with your fellow skaters for a fun road trip vibe.

Who is this trip for?This trip is for anyone who LOVES the outdoors and is looking to escape the city for the weekend. While our offering is designed for our skate community, skating is just one aspect of the weekend! This retreat is for folks that want to get outside and spend quality time with cool, like-minded people.

What’s the weather like? What if the weather is bad?Expect sunny days and cool nights. Perfect for skating and cozying up by the fire! The retreat will take place rain or shine. However, certain outdoor activities may be adjusted or replaced with indoor alternatives if necessary.

Do I need to be an expert skater?Not at all! All skill levels are welcome, and skating is only a portion of our weekend’s programming! Whether you’re a pro or just starting out, there’s something for everyone.

What activities are included in the retreat?The retreat includes roller skating, skateboarding, climbing, hiking, swimming, and more!

What is accommodation like?Accommodation is provided at a hotel (Outbound Mammoth) with options for both shared and private beds in Deluxe Double Queen rooms and Single King rooms. Please specify your preference when booking.

Is breakfast included?Yes, breakfast (brunch) will be included for Saturday and Sunday of the retreat.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?Yes, please bring your own roller skates, skateboards, climbing gear, and any other specific equipment you may need for the activities. Rental skates will be available for the Roller Disco.

Is transportation provided?Transportation to Mammoth Lakes is not provided, but Carpooling coordination will be provided by your event hosts.

What time is check-in and check-out?Check-in will begin at 3:00 PM on the first day of the retreat. Check-out is at 12:30 PM on the final day.

Can I request a specific roommate if I choose a shared bed option?Yes, you can request a specific roommate when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Are meals other than breakfast included?Breakfast is included for two days, but other meals are not included. There are several dining options in Mammoth Lakes, or you can bring your own food.

Are there any age restrictions for the retreat?The retreat is open to adults 18 and over. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What is the cancellation policy?Cancellations made up to three weeks before the retreat will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within two weeks of the retreat will be subject to a 50% fee.
