FAQs
See our full list here. Some answers to the most common questions:
Can I join for just a day or a single group activity/event?
Unfortunately, the hotel accommodations and organized activities are exclusive to retreat guests. To help us continue hosting amazing experiences, all participants must lodge with the group. However, anyone is welcome to enjoy public spaces, such as the ski slopes, local restaurants, and bar sections.
Are there payment plan options?
Yes! Participants can choose to pay in full, or use a payment plan by Affirm or Afterpay. Some plans, like Afterpay's, have payment options like 0% interest over 8 weeks to make budgeting easier. If cost is a concern, check out our scholarship application. Application deadline is Friday, February 7th.
I'm new to skiing/boarding, what should I bring?
Knowing the right things to pack can be half the battle when preparing for a day out on the slopes. We recommend staying up-to-date on the upcoming weather conditions to best prepare. Check out this packing list by Visit Mammoth for everything you need to know!
Once I arrive in Mammoth Lakes, how do I get around town?
Getting around town without your own car is a breeze. You can easily hop on a shuttle (there's a stop out front at our hotel), and all passengers ride for FREE on the many fixed routes around town.
